  • •Own large-scale production of complex systems in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for bulk purchasing and strategic outsourcing.
  • •Serve as a subject-matter expert on system function and manufacturing, and drive continuous improvements in manufacturability.
  • •Evaluate and engineer production flow with oversight and accountability for effective build processes.
  • •Monitor production capacity and independently drive high-impact process improvement recommendations.
  • •Design and integrate jigs, author work instructions and quality documentation, and guide skilled trades on the floor to resolve complex challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or graduate degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience designing using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) with prototype design/testing.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment working closely with the floor/production line.
  • •Hands-on hardware experience with fabrication, assembly, and/or testing (professional, academic, or recreational).
  • •Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with acute attention to detail.
