Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Commerical Construction

Lead day-to-day cost management for large, complex industrial construction programs, acting as a key client interface. Own estimating, cost planning, change order negotiation, and quantity surveying across multiple workstreams. Collaborate with design teams, general contractors, and stakeholders to reconcile scope changes, maintain accurate cost forecasts, and deliver monthly cost reports. Drive cost impact assessments, contingency and commitment tracking, value engineering sessions, and ensure final accounts are negotiated and closed on time.
