Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of production, including SOP development, staff training, and implementation of operations systems.
  • •Direct shift production teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, waste management, maintenance schedule adherence, and cost control.
  • •Optimize processes using troubleshooting and metrics to improve plant efficiencies.
  • •Coordinate with QC to ensure product quality meets customer, market, and industry expectations.
  • •Back up the Plant Manager in their absence, including planning, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, asset safeguarding, and environment compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a functional role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • •Excellent organization and communication skills, including knowledge of lean tools such as root cause failure analysis, preventive maintenance, visual management, and 5S.
