•Assist customers to create a welcoming environment, listen to their needs, and help them find solutions across Sephora’s departments.
•Engage customers with product knowledge, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance their experience and guide purchases.
•Promote Sephora’s CRM program and communicate its benefits to customers to improve engagement and loyalty.
•Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn about products and brands.
•Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across the store.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 35.1 hourly
