Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex engineering projects within Dyson’s Software, Hardware and Power Systems programme, acting as the single point of contact for stakeholders in SEA. Manage full project lifecycle, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, operations and suppliers, while communicating status to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage and deliver complex projects within the SWHW&PS domain, balancing technical, schedule, and resource constraints.
•Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
•Define and implement the communications plan for each project, keeping all stakeholders informed efficiently.
•Own the project budget and CAPEX requirements, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with business objectives.
•Develop, maintain, and deliver Level 0–2 project plans, prioritising and escalating unresolved conflicts as needed.

Key Requirements

•First degree in Engineering or equivalent
•Formal Project Management training; PMP is a plus not mandatory
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project and Teams
•Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence & JIRA
•Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex engineering projects (minimum 3 years PM experience in high-technology engineering)
