Build and evolve an open-source, in-product recommendation system that powers Grafana’s Interactive Learning experience. Own applied recommendation models end-to-end—training, serving, monitoring, and iteration—while defining what quality means using offline, online, and longitudinal evaluation. Partner with engineers and data analysts to productionize models, run experiments, and ship measurable improvements to candidate selection, ranking, and next-best-action recommendations.
