Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through offer acceptance.
  • •Proactively source candidates and maintain pipelines for current and future engineering roles.
  • •Partner with engineering stakeholders and hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and tailored solutions.
  • •Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • •Provide recruitment reporting and metrics to track progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement, including agency coordination.
