Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits and offboarding with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client meetings for separations and settlements, negotiations, and other termination-related discussions.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote's internal HRIS platform and drive process improvements, automation, and product development ideas to enhance customer and employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong employee relations knowledge, including progressive discipline and workplace investigation fundamentals.
