Job Summary

Lead industrial construction projects for a strategic client base, coordinating the project team day to day and aligning delivery with client objectives and Turner & Townsend standards. Define project development strategy, governance, meeting structure, and risk management, while owning cost planning and schedule control. Serve as the primary client point of contact, manage stakeholder communications, and produce monthly project status reports through the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the project team daily and coordinate all team activities to achieve client objectives and delivery standards.
•Propose and define the project development strategy in coordination with the client and Project Director.
•Define, monitor, and control the project cost plan and project schedule, including governance and meeting strategy.
•Maintain project risk management, including preparing, maintaining, and updating the project risk register.
•Act as primary client point of contact, manage stakeholder communications, and issue monthly project status reports.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
•Approx. 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction or similar industrial projects.
•Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle from inception and design through construction completion and post-project review.
•Excellent knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and BIM platforms.
