Lead business development and acquisition activities in your assigned territory by selling Philips Image Guided Therapy Device (IGT-D) technology and services. Own quota attainment and grow total revenue across capital, disposable, and extended service sales. Build deep customer relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and administrators, provide clinical training and education, and collaborate with the extended Philips team to execute account strategy and expand target accounts.

•Sell Philips Image Guided Therapy Device (IGT-D) technology and services to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
•Achieve and grow total revenue (capital, disposable, and extended service sales) in the assigned US territory and develop new target accounts.
•Execute account strategy by communicating, aligning, and collaborating with the extended Philips team and understanding customer/market context.
•Build and manage key customer relationships, including physicians, staff, and administrators, and develop disposable and service pricing per guidelines with the RSM.
•Provide clinical training and education, disseminate technical product information, and support the development and execution of regional hospital staff training courses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 231,250 - 295,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in the industry segment with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Proven selling and customer relationship management skills to navigate complex sales processes with stakeholders/partners.
•Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, and supply chain to present a value proposition.
•Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts for driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business planning.
