Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and provide continuous support to Product, Operations, and related teams to identify and assess operational risks and propose mitigation actions.
  • •Monitor and strengthen the area’s controls framework, ensuring consistency, robustness, and disciplined execution.
  • •Coordinate and execute control reviews, ensuring evidence quality and proper conservation according to internal standards.
  • •Track findings, observations, and action plans arising from Audit, Compliance, internal reviews, and/or regulatory reviews.
  • •Manage the issue lifecycle: register, perform root-cause analysis, define corrective actions, track commitments, and close on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in operational risk, controls, compliance, audit, or internal control environments within financial services.
  • •Practical knowledge of control frameworks and issue management (tracking, evidence, closures).
  • •Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and communicate effectively across different levels.
  • •Analytical mindset to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • •Strong attention to detail and documentary discipline for control evidence, traceability, and follow-up.
