Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with customers daily to troubleshoot integrations and guide them through detailed workflows and best practices.
  • •Contribute to internal projects, including enabling technical up-leveling for the broader Support Team and building workflow automation.
  • •Deliver world-class support with keen attention to detail, thorough and clear responses, and empathetic communication.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to absorb technical work and translate it into customer-facing enablement.
  • •Participate in onboarding and continuous learning to deepen product knowledge and impact.
