Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise shop-floor activity, including daily schedules and workflow.
  • •Lead and manage a team of ~30 technicians, including performance management and staffing needs.
  • •Review work instructions, recommend changes when needed, and assess/vet required skill sets.
  • •Monitor labor hours and overtime, implement improvement plans, and communicate job expectations to achieve production results.
  • •Ensure quality and conformance, maintain tooling/consumables inventory, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in final assembly production (aviation, aerospace, or mechanical systems).
  • •2+ years of experience leading a team or a project.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on site operational needs, including 2nd shift (6:00pm–6:00am).
  • •Experience applying lean manufacturing principles and efficiency methods.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with Engineering and Production.
