Regulatory Policy Manager

Lead regulatory policy and advisory for GAAP-based regulatory reporting, interpreting complex requirements such as Call Report and FR Y-9C. Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks and support internal control programs (SOX, FDICIA). Research and analyze complex transaction reporting treatments, draft policies and procedures, track regulatory updates from FRB/FDIC/FASB/SEC, and partner with Finance, Risk, and business teams to mitigate interpretive regulatory reporting risk.
