Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the ANT’Z program’s comprehensive development activities to build future leadership capabilities.
•Develop skills aligned with the future leaders’ needs in the insurance industry.
•Bring a strong education background and performance mindset to the development journey.
•Demonstrate analytical thinking and initiative throughout program activities.
•Be prepared to be placed anywhere in Indonesia and within Zurich’s entities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3.25 GPA in any discipline from a highly reputable university.
•Age maximum: 25 for Bachelor’s (S1) and 26 for Master’s (S2).
•Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of business.
•Optimistic drive, reliability, strong commitment to success, and ability to collaborate as a team player.
•Fluent and confident in English (written and spoken) and actively involved in organizations/committees.
