Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 2-month virtual live classroom training to prepare for a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.
  • •Build knowledge in SAP consultant activities, including blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • •Develop business process and functional expertise and provide project guidance to client teams.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction across assigned accounts through investigation, analysis, consulting, and knowledge transfer.
  • •Prepare for and support job-application efforts with introductions to opportunities in the SAP ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have the legal right to work in Greece.
  • •Must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
  • •Bachelor-level education in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science/AI.
  • •Preferably graduated within the last 3 years (GPA in the top quartile; proof may be requested).
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to commit full-time availability (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday) during the 2-month training.
