Key Responsibilities

•Provide production support for SAP ECC applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
•Perform RCA for recurring issues and ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
•Manage service requests, standard changes, and deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Support deployment activities with transport management and coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams.
•Support ABAP and SAP Fiori work, including OData services, SAP Gateway, workflow troubleshooting, UI5 application support, backend integration, and code fixes/enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications and resolve incidents within SLA.
•Analyze and troubleshoot issues, including performing root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
•Work in shifts supporting multiple regional support needs.
