Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee inspections and compliance to ensure companies and tenants comply with freehold rules, regulations, and UAE laws.
  • •Support awareness communication strategies and awareness campaigns to improve company compliance.
  • •Lead and schedule inspections of registered companies within the freehold.
  • •Report investigations of violations related to Free Hold licensing terms and conditions.
  • •Conduct follow-ups and assist the line manager with issuing letters for violations and warnings; ensure reports are prepared accurately and on time.
