Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet assigned regional revenue targets through and with channel partners.
  • •Define, drive, measure, and adjust global tactics to optimize revenue impact aligned with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
  • •Support teams in onboarding and activation of new partners to reduce time to revenue.
  • •Manage channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track progress of KPIs throughout the partner lifecycle.
  • •Lead governance activities including quarterly business reviews, and manage support teams using joint business plans focused on high-potential partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant channel, partnerships, or sales leadership experience with a proven track record recruiting and developing new partners.
  • •Experience managing, reporting, and owning revenue targets with comfortability around performance and forecasting.
  • •Proven ability to source, qualify, screen, and form relationships with partner stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
  • •Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and German, verbally and in writing.
  • •Experience developing and managing joint business planning with partners; consulting experience is a plus.
