Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery across build, test, release, and run for platform products and services.
  • •Set and communicate technology strategy balancing business delivery with technical debt remediation.
  • •Improve development pods and ways of working to reduce production incidents and increase release cadence.
  • •Advance engineering excellence through automation, strong testing discipline, code quality, and CI/CD/operational readiness maturity.
  • •Design reliability into services (performance, resilience, observability, recoverability) and run production support rituals including incident response and post-incident reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong full-stack development and operations experience across build, test, release, and run, with Continuous Delivery practices.
  • •Hands-on ability to code and deploy to production across at least two languages, and learn new stacks as needed (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Clojure, Python).
  • •Relational database experience, with PostgreSQL preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of Unix and comfort operating across Unix and Windows environments.
  • •Proven technical leadership through raising engineering standards and coaching/improving team ways of working.
