Job Summary

Manage aviation transport and logistics operations in support of an Account Manager and assigned contracts. Ensure on-time deployments, operational performance, and adherence to SOPs while monitoring financial performance through daily operational reporting. Lead customer relationship management, analyze trends to improve workflows and productivity, and drive operational excellence through quality controls, documentation, and automation to reduce manual effort. Work with internal stakeholders across finance, payroll, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain operational performance of the contract, ensuring on-time deployments of assets in line with client demand.
•Monitor contractual financial performance using daily operational reporting and operational data; manage SOP/SWI adherence and deliver operational SLA and commercial KPIs.
•Proactively manage client relationships in line with the RACI matrix and develop contacts across the account portfolio.
•Analyze trends and metrics to enhance processes, measure and validate productivity optimization, and streamline workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
•Drive operational excellence by motivating the team, establishing quality control measures, and creating standardized documentation while integrating automation tools.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience.
•University or college education.
•Transport management experience, including rostering and deployments.
•Ability to manage vehicle utilization and understand limousine & RTA regulatory compliance.
•Effective report writing and customer relationship management skills.
