Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer HR policies and procedures and process human resource documentation, including I-9 compliance and employee records.
  • •Assist with preparing correspondence and supporting HR-related compliance audits including SMETA/SWA.
  • •Answer routine employee questions and inquiries and provide resources through HR Shared Services (FMLA, LOA, ADA, Workday resources, HR Service Center, etc.).
  • •Coordinate and support facility-level employee engagement and recognition events to strengthen morale and culture.
  • •Assist with orientation and exit interviews, gather feedback, and regularly visit the production floor to support a safe and respectful work environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience required.
  • •Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements.
  • •Experience organizing, staying flexible, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Must be able to manage up effectively and work with all levels of an organization.
  • •Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
