•Define practical processes where current structures do not fully support the launch to move the business forward without unnecessary complexity.
•Coordinate the operational setup across internal teams and keep responsibilities, dependencies and next steps visible.
•Track decisions and follow-up actions to move topics from discussion into delivery and address risks early to avoid delays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 40,000 - 46,000 annually
