Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshoot/repair equipment to restore it to proper operating order.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and assist operators when necessary.
  • •Use PLC logic and troubleshooting tools to modify existing PLC programs or write new logic for machine control.
  • •Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings to diagnose issues; troubleshoot when drawings/schematics are unavailable.
  • •Support special projects such as equipment installation, machine/building modifications, safety improvements, and spare parts inventory maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •AAS in Mechanical/Electrical field (preferred).
  • •2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of electrical systems (distribution, circuits, wiring, fuses, switches, relays) and PLC ladder logic (I/O and machine control devices).
  • •Ability to read electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics/blueprints to trace problems when prints aren’t available.
  • •Certification in NFPA 70E (or certifiable) plus AutoCAD/E drawing knowledge.
