•Integrate engineering from subsurface to surface with diverse product lines and cross-functional teams to deliver unified client solutions.
•Develop and implement strategies to secure high-value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned to long-term goals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure project success.
•Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams; define KPIs and reporting to monitor progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

•Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
