Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface, qualify, and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
  • •Define high-value Industry AI use cases by translating business challenges into implementable AI solution requirements.
  • •Drive use cases from discovery to deployment, defining requirements, building prototypes, and setting acceptance criteria with engineering partnerships.
  • •Deliver measurable customer value rapidly by applying an iterative model to get outcomes into production within weeks.
  • •Turn customer learnings into industry-specific AI portfolio assets and accelerators with documented reusable value metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational-level process transformation expertise.
  • •Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions, including data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Proven product definition and delivery or experience leading business transformation initiatives with structured programs for senior stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops and FDE-style discovery sessions with emotional intelligence and trust-building.
  • •Strong communication skills in English to produce requirements documentation and influence diverse stakeholders toward shared direction.
