Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and challenges to develop and implement a structured, fit-for-purpose approach.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites and virtually.
  • •Provide line management and development for direct reports and support business generation (bids and proposals).

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls, including relevant experience (Master’s degree or equivalent desirable).
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes with one or more PMO/controls & performance roles (schedule, cost, risk, change, performance reporting).
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present reports and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including C-suite level executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 plus diagramming and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Slack/Microsoft Teams) and controls/performance software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI).
