Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of IRA/CD products and services to support operational procedures and efficiencies.
  • •Research and clear CD and IRA entries and entries on other internal accounts.
  • •Review and validate required IRS and state documentation and coding for accurate IRS reporting (including W-8s, NC-4P, and W-4P).
  • •Process complex IRA distributions and risk-based transactions (penalty exceptions, death payouts) using Raft.
  • •Perform IRS reissue and correction processing for IRA/CD transactions, including all types of 1099s and 5498s.

Key Requirements

  • •Three (3) years of related experience, preferably in retail or operations.
  • •Knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and products.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues.
  • •Strong PC knowledge including Word and Excel, and working knowledge of internal banking systems such as Raft, ACE, Mobius, IHUB, and Branch Capture.
