Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist winemaking operations to meet quality targets, including grape-to-wine and wine-to-bottle processes from crush through bottling.
  • •Perform tank and equipment sanitation, including daily tank checks and sanitation monitoring as needed.
  • •Handle grape sampling, receiving, sorting, crushing, conveyance to tank, and add grape must additions as requested.
  • •Support tank setup and operations (e.g., hot/cold glycol, compressed air, inert gas, pumpover) and drain & press procedures following safety protocols.
  • •Manage barrel prep and sanitation, filling/emptying, and facilitate shipping & receiving of juice and wine.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 hourly

  • •Basic understanding of major winemaking aspects, laboratory procedures, and bottling/production workflow.
