Job Summary

Own end-to-end, time-bound engagements delivering agentic AI outcomes for public sector, nonprofit, and education customers. Define and architect each customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems. Lead delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and adoption metrics, while partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) and own outcomes.
•Define the customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting end-to-end.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and coordinate delivery milestones.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
