Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of test automation solutions using the Leapwork platform. Define and drive an automation roadmap for enterprise-scale implementations, architect scalable Leapwork automation frameworks, and deliver end-to-end functional and regression testing. Integrate Leapwork with CI/CD and test management tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA, manage test data via database integrations, and troubleshoot technical challenges while ensuring governance, security, audit, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive an automation roadmap using Leapwork for enterprise-scale implementations.
•Architect scalable and maintainable Leapwork automation frameworks and lead end-to-end automation delivery for functional and regression testing.
•Integrate Leapwork with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
•Integrate Leapwork with databases for test data needs and troubleshoot technical challenges in Leapwork implementation.
•Establish automation standards, documentation, and governance models, and ensure performance, reliability, reusability, and compliance with security/audit/regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in test automation, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Leapwork.
•Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and automation frameworks.
•Experience integrating Leapwork with enterprise systems and APIs.
•Ability to integrate Leapwork with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.
•Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and strong communication with stakeholder management.
