  • •Drive end-to-end business process transformation initiatives by translating customer objectives into fit-to-standard processes aligned with SAP best practices.
  • •Lead business process design engagements, including discovery and fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, and implementation support.
  • •Design, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes, including process automation and alignment with business and enterprise architectures.
  • •Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce proven practices and support transformation and transition planning.
  • •Ensure quality of process deliverables (process flows, requirements, decisions, and performance indicators) and define/validate KPIs and value drivers.
