Job Summary

Develop and maintain Instruction For Use (IFU) and labeling documents for medical devices, creating and revising artwork and content to meet corporate graphic standards. Use templates and prepress activities to prepare labeling files for accurate output, route documentation through PLM (Windchill) approvals, and prepare first-article labeling packages. Proofread and verify labeling using measurement and inspection tools, while maintaining revision control, compliance, and quality system documentation through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain IFU documents, including product illustrations, layout design, and illustrative content.
•Create or revise labeling artwork and content using existing templates in software based on corporate standards and formats.
•Use PLM (Windchill) to route document work for approval and manage document control.
•Perform prepress activities and prepare labeling packages for first article and approvals.
•Proofread labeling artwork and maintain revision control, storage, and compliance/quality system documentation.
