Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support mission-critical production environments with high availability and reliability.
  • •Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Develop automation scripts/workflows and implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams; participate in on-call incident response and maintain disaster recovery and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps.
  • •Strong experience administering Linux and/or Windows servers.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK).
