Key Responsibilities

  • •Build high-throughput AI orchestration services and pipelines to process signals such as lead data, email engagement, and deliverability metrics.
  • •Own platform infrastructure including email, CRM, lead database, campaign engine, inbox management, and AI coordination.
  • •Design, build, deploy, and monitor end-to-end systems in a flat engineering org with real ownership of outcomes.
  • •Ship features rapidly in a fast-paced environment with ongoing iteration and ownership across the stack.
  • •Collaborate with other engineers to maintain reliability, observability, and testing standards across services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of backend experience, ideally at a high-growth startup where you owned systems
  • •Experience with distributed systems, database performance, API design, and keeping systems running
  • •Cloud-native infrastructure experience (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring)
  • •Strong opinions on reliability, observability, and testing with pragmatic balance to move fast
  • •Clear communication and ability to explain system designs to engineers and product leads
