  • •Deliver cost and commercial assurance commissions on behalf of Turner & Townsend.
  • •Undertake assurance reviews across major construction projects and programmes, assessing supply chain systems, contract administration practices, and compliance.
  • •Analyze complex construction contracts (NEC3/4/ICE Bespoke), identify risks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • •Perform data testing and information analysis using tools such as Power BI/Tableau, then produce written findings reports for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Holds or is working towards a professional body membership (e.g., MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MCIPS).
  • •Assurance or audit experience in a construction, commercial, or accountancy setting.
  • •Construction contract management knowledge, including NEC3/4 (Option C, E) preferred.
  • •Ability to analyze large quantities of data and communicate findings clearly in written reports.
