Job Summary

Support program financial planning and cost control through monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, variance reporting, and Budget Change Requests. Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs, Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs. Use APEX/SAP EV and IMS/PMX reporting tools to prepare forecasts and document variances to drive predictable cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs and associated reporting and analysis.
•Assist with monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and facilitate EAC/LRE inputs.
•Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and variance reporting.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years experience.
•Working experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business systems.
•Working experience using Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance after your start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
