•Design new products from concept phase through mass production, resolving complex design and materials problems.
•Collaborate with a hardware development team on conceptual design, architectural strategic planning, and design reviews.
•Present technical information and communicate with cross-functional teams while managing milestones and participating in architectural reviews.
•Support existing printer product lines by resolving manufacturing yield issues, addressing field quality concerns, and evaluating alternative electronic components.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 0-1 years of experience (academic projects or internships focused on Mixed Signal Circuit Design are a plus).
•Exposure to electrical circuit design concepts, including schematic capture and PCB layout (Mentor Graphics or similar EDA tools preferred).
•Basic electrical circuit modeling and simulation experience (e.g., LTSpice or TINA) and the ability to instrument, measure, and troubleshoot circuits.
•Competence with standard lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, electronic loads) and exposure to or interest in RFID, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, USB, analog, or power circuits.
•Self-motivated to initiate tasks, learn new strategies, work independently, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced team environment.
