Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete weekly PM program tasks in FMS and follow the standard program checklist.
  • •Verify and complete GMP items and check safeties each PM before returning machines to production.
  • •Perform lubrication and record machine pressures, temperatures, and filtration pressures on PM sheets.
  • •Check for air and oil leaks during PM, repair where possible, and report deficiencies/leaks for maintenance action.
  • •Manage parts/equipment using SAP and enter/close FMS and SAP work orders/PM documents; support call-ins and overtime as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; post-secondary technical or vocational education preferred.
  • •2+ years machinery operator/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • •Excellent computer knowledge.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • •Ability to communicate well and adapt to frequent changes; capable of working all shifts and required overtime.
