Job Summary

Safely perform general and preventative maintenance on blow mold and related equipment, completing weekly PM tasks in FMS and following standard checklists. Ensure GMP items and machine safeties are completed before returning equipment to production, perform lubrication and leak checks, and document pressures/levels on PM sheets. Use SAP to check out parts and manage/close FMS and SAP work orders, support call-ins/overtime, and cover absences for the regular mold blaster.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete weekly PM program tasks in FMS and follow the standard program checklist.
•Verify and complete GMP items and check safeties each PM before returning machines to production.
•Perform lubrication and record machine pressures, temperatures, and filtration pressures on PM sheets.
•Check for air and oil leaks during PM, repair where possible, and report deficiencies/leaks for maintenance action.
•Manage parts/equipment using SAP and enter/close FMS and SAP work orders/PM documents; support call-ins and overtime as needed.

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate well and adapt to frequent changes; capable of working all shifts and required overtime.
