Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide applied engineering and technical consultation for customers across power systems studies, design, installation, startup, maintenance, repair, and training.
  • •Manage assigned projects and job costs within budgeted cost estimates, interpreting specifications and customer inquiries to create technical proposals and pricing.
  • •Deliver technical customer solutions involving equipment design/upgrades, testing, and improvements related to safety, reliability, or efficiency.
  • •Perform engineering design duties using engineering principles and troubleshoot power distribution equipment to resolve problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •P.Eng. License in any Canadian Province.
  • •Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as a Power System Engineer.
  • •Experience in Ground Grid Design using CDEGS or similar software.
  • •Must be able to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
