•Lead cross-functional strategic sourcing to reduce targeted TCO while maintaining quality and service levels.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned spend portfolio, driving spend/value improvements and working capital initiatives.
•Lead, motivate, and develop procurement coworkers, including career development and succession planning.
•Develop procurement strategies with stakeholders, set procurement standards, and ensure procurement is integrated into core business processes.
•Manage negotiation processes and supplier relationship management to deliver innovative contractual agreements and long-term value partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,300 - 309,500 annually
