Job Summary

Join the People & Culture team at Tether as an analyst supporting data-driven people initiatives across onboarding, policy, training, engagement, and reporting. You’ll manage onboarding workflows, track training, maintain Confluence documentation, and produce business insights using HR data (HiBob) to improve the employee experience in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires receive necessary information and resources and create an engaging experience.
•Provide logistical and administrative support for onboarding sessions and initial training.
•Conduct onboarding surveys and follow-up conversations to identify insights and escalate findings to People Strategic Managers.
•Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies with the People Operations Specialist; maintain Confluence pages.
•Track completion of mandatory training modules and analyze training surveys to support improvements.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience or a similar role, ideally in a remote, fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Hands-on experience with HR systems ideally HiBob,including setting, navigating and reporting.
•Writing, organizing, and managing documentation ideally in Confluence.
