Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products for associates and customers.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI components including foundation model training and LLM inference.
  • •Leverage open source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch).
  • •Invent LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production AI systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related) plus at least 6 years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies; or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years.
  • •At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Passion for staying abreast of the latest research and applying novel techniques judiciously in production.
  • •Ability to thrive on bringing clarity to big, undefined problems and articulate findings concisely.
  • •Strong technical foundation in engineering and mathematics, with expertise across hardware, software, and AI optimization opportunities.
