Job Summary

Oversee end-to-end HR functions for the NASH Pune India workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, time and attendance, and offboarding. Advise site managers on HR operations, absence management, discipline and grievance, redundancy, and training. Ensure site compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory reporting while supporting annual compensation, performance, and reward/reorganization processes.

•Deliver full employee lifecycle processes for the site, including recruitment, offers/onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
•Provide proactive support for managers and employees, including handling queries across benefits administration, time and attendance, and employee changes.
•Advise site managers on absence management, discipline and grievance, redundancy, and related HR matters.
•Advise managers on site compliance in line with company policy, employment legislation, and factory/labor requirements.
•Support annual processes such as compensation review, performance review, benefit renewals, reward and recognition, and health and wellbeing activities.

•Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the core manufacturing industry, with experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
•MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations with knowledge of HR practices and labour law.
•In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
•Knowledge of employment legislation and policies, procedures, and compliance.
•Proficiency with Excel (Vlookup, sorting and filter) and PowerPoint.
