Key Responsibilities

  • •Be on the production floor to meet different challenges and gain hands-on experience, learning P&G standards and methods with mentoring and training.
  • •In Production - Packing, help bring products to final packaging, set up pallets, and study performance loss to identify improvement projects for packing lines and implement production management tools.
  • •In Production - Making, analyze performance loss, ensure cross-department communication (logistics, packing, projects), and develop learning programs for operators and team leaders to build skills.
  • •Collaborate with managers and engineers on new equipment startups and continue learning about high-tech control and manufacturing technologies.
  • •Participate in a structured development path with on-the-job training and a clear focus on trust, teamwork, accountability and professional growth.

Key Requirements

  • •in 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study of any technical university (chemicall, mechanicall, elactrotechnicall) are prefered
