Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic HR business partner across the full employee lifecycle and guide leaders through people and organizational strategy.
  • •Partner with regional and country HR stakeholders to drive consistency, alignment, and execution of people initiatives across Latin America.
  • •Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for critical roles across markets.
  • •Own workforce planning and people insights using analytics, scenarios, and key metrics to inform leadership decisions.
  • •Support organizational design and transformation initiatives, coach leaders on performance and engagement, and ensure accountability for agreed actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • •Significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in a regional or multinational environment.
  • •Experience working within matrix organizations and across multiple countries.
  • •Proven expertise in talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken).
