Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver supply chain and commercial assurance commissions, supporting assurance reviews and client relationship development.
  • •Undertake assurance reviews across major construction projects, assessing supply chain systems, processes, and contract administration.
  • •Analyse and understand complex construction contracts (including NEC3/4 and ICE bespoke), and support risk/opportunity identification with practical recommendations.
  • •Perform testing of data and information using tools and techniques such as PowerBI/Tableau trend/pattern analysis.
  • •Produce succinct written findings reports for circulation, review client-facing outputs, and engage with the supply chain throughout the assurance process.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience or a sound understanding of assurance or audit in construction, commercial, or accountancy settings.
  • •Technical construction knowledge such as procurement routes, target price setting, and pain/gain calculations.
  • •Contract management experience, with NEC3/4 (Option C, E) preferred.
  • •Ability to assess accuracy and entitlement to cost, with change management and forecast control.
  • •Data analysis and report writing skills, including PowerBI/Tableau experience preferred.
