Lead Scientist, Discovery

Lead technical discovery to shape and grow cross-business opportunities at the intersection of counter-UAS, tactical networking, autonomy, sensing, and command-and-control. Serve as a senior technical partner across product, engineering, strategy, capture, and customer teams—translating operational gaps into executable architectures, concepts, and executable program plans. Create technical concepts, architectures, and demonstrations; mentor teams; and help define advanced technology roadmaps across mission systems.
