Own the operational and commercial performance of longtail shops vendors across Pandora’s markets by monitoring KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and driving root-cause analysis. Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of operational and commercial performance for longtail shops vendors by monitoring agreed KPIs and ensuring issues move from analysis to implementation and impact measurement.
•Analyse vendor and portfolio data to uncover drivers of performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and vendor behaviour, and perform root-cause analysis across process, systems, ownership, capacity, and execution quality.
•Translate analytical findings into scalable solutions including process improvements, automated workflows, vendor segmentation, SOPs, self-service journeys, and structured interventions.
•Collaborate with local commercial teams, the Centre of Excellence, and regional stakeholders to create transparency around performance, priorities, responsibilities, and delivery timelines.
•Review and improve the longtail shops operating model to simplify, standardise, automate, and optimise performance management standards across markets.

Key Requirements

•Experience identifying operational or commercial performance gaps, conducting root-cause analysis, and developing solutions to address underlying business problems.
•Ability to analyse datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans; SQL and analytics tools such as Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau are preferred.
•Experience designing, improving, or scaling operational processes, SOPs, workflows, or performance frameworks across teams or markets.
•Comfort defining business requirements and collaborating with Data, Product, CRM, or technical teams to build automated or system-based solutions; Salesforce/CRM/workflow automation is advantageous.
•Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and communicate complex findings clearly to execution teams and senior stakeholders.
