  • •Lead and contribute to HR systems and cross-functional projects beyond payroll.
  • •Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, tax, wage-and-hour requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • •Identify and execute solutions to simplify, modernize, and/or increase competitiveness of pay practices.
  • •Coach, cross-train, and develop team members to support high performance, service orientation, and business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4 years of progressive payroll, program management, and/or leadership experience.
  • •Working understanding of multi-state payroll, payroll tax, and wage-and-hour compliance.
  • •Demonstrated success leading projects and process improvements beyond core payroll.
  • •Strong analytical skills and comfort working across systems, data, and reporting.
